StreamRelay Core is your personal cloud reception point for live streaming. It receives streams from mobile apps (like Moblin or IRLPro) or any RTMP/SRT/SRTLA source. You can then embed this stream as a stable media source in OBS Studio without loading your home network with the ingest.

Deployment is fully automated. Your StreamRelay Core is configured after purchase. In most cases, your access credentials for OBS and Moblin are available in your dashboard in under 5 minutes.

All three. You can use the Core flexibly as an RTMP endpoint, a modern SRT server, or an SRTLA endpoint that bonds multiple connections together. This lets you receive a stream from any common app and embed it as a high-quality source in OBS.

An ingest endpoint is a dedicated input channel on your server. Each endpoint lets you send one active signal — for example from your phone via Moblin. If you want multiple sources available simultaneously, you'll need additional endpoints.

For mobile streaming from unstable connections, we recommend SRT (Secure Reliable Transport). SRT offers built-in error correction that recovers lost packets on weak connections — reducing interruptions compared to RTMP. If you need to bond multiple connections together (e.g. driving through dead zones), use SRTLA instead. Note: if the phone signal drops completely, the source in OBS goes dark — but your stream to Twitch or YouTube keeps running. Tools like NOALBS can automatically switch scenes in that case.

SRT sends a stable, low-latency stream over a single connection. SRTLA does the same but bonds multiple connections at once (e.g. two or three phone/LTE modems) into one resilient stream — if one connection drops, the others keep it running smoothly.
