Right of withdrawal
The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB). If you conclude the contract as a business (§ 14 BGB), no right of withdrawal applies.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dennis Senske, c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Deutschland, email: support@stream-relay.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that we begin the digital service during the withdrawal period and you withdraw from the contract before your right of withdrawal has lapsed, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time of your withdrawal. For subscription-based services, this amount is calculated pro rata over time; for usage-based (pay-as-you-go) services, it is calculated based on the usage actually drawn until withdrawal at the agreed prices.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services
In the case of a contract for the supply of a digital service (activation of the ingest service or the ingest endpoints), your right of withdrawal lapses prematurely if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as we have begun performance – i.e. the activation and provision of the ingest endpoint (§ 356(5) BGB).
This consent is obtained via a separate checkbox during checkout. If you consent to this early performance, your right of withdrawal lapses once performance begins; without this consent, your right of withdrawal remains in place.
